When it doesn't feel right, ain't nothing to do, but keep working until it does 🙃

Interesting thing about re-doing a painting I realised yesterday - there's a special kind of freedom to it. Since the painting is already bad, you can't really mess it up! 😃

It's not the first one that has undergone a full make-over, and so far, those that did are my favourite ones.

Nothing. Beats. Freedom.🤌

This one's not finished yet, but I loooove where it's going 👌

it's my birthday today!🎉
so i'd like to share a few thoughts😊

This is my first full year since I left the safety of a job and set out into the unknown.

I'm not gonna talk about how grateful I am—don't get me wrong, I feel a lot of gratitude every day, but I don't want you to think 'oh, she's so LUCKY she gets to do what she loves'. Cause that's just another way of handing over the control over your life to someone else.

Luck's got nothing do with it. It's bloody hard work. There's a shit ton of fear and stress and tears involved.
I can't count the times I felt lost, scared, or deflated.

But, I keep going despite all of that. Every sodding day I get up and fight for me, for what my heart tells me is right. That's it. You just decide and keep going no matter what.

And if I can do it, so can you!

So, I wish us all the courage we need to follow our unique path. ❤️
